The location is perfect - it's not far from Munich, very close to the castles built by Ludwig II - Hohenschwangau, Neuschwanstein, and Linderhof. Also there are few very good restaurants, good supermarket, a lot of other good facilities. For those who wants to do the hiking there are a lot of routes there as well.
