A great place and a perfect location. Built in a romantic and warm style—a delight. The city itself is perfect for a vacation, and the hotel fits in wonderfully.

Good location between the train station and the center of the town. Hotel was clean, well presented, and the rooms were a good size. Hotel restaurant was nice and food was of a good standard.

“A perfect small hotel for a long weekend in Bad Kissingen with great facilities and superb location.”
The hotel is super well located, very close to the main station and to the city center. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The facilities were also great, plenty of machines in the small Fitness center, the swimming pool and the sauna. The staff was very friendly and I got always very quick responses and help whenever I needed.

Very good location and friendly staff. Parking is little problem if hotel is full. Didn't have time to go to pool, but it looked good from outside.

Hotel location between the train station and the center of town was ideal, there was a kettle in the room, the room was large and well designed with an outlet and good lights by the bed, and breakfast was good and the dining room was large.

Breakfast was ok but nothing special given the price. Sauna was not working which was not acceptable given the price Some staff was helpful but not all Very nice property but out of service equipment and elevators was not good

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Villa Elsa. the spa facilities were excellent, the room lovely and the staff excellent and helpful.

The employee at the reception was totally unprofessional. She couldn't find the information about my payment even if I showed her prove on my bank account. Also she charged me extra money for "Kurtaxe" but this was not mentioned during booking it. Looks strange...never again.
