“Bad sleep due to poor beds, invoice inaccuracy at reception, good food in restaurant.”
The food in the restaurant was good. Good cheese. The restaurant system is well organised. However the eldest of the lady waitresses is not friendly at all. l did not get her name though. We also liked the daily pamphlets which had weather information, suduko and daily trip suggestions etc. The location of the hotel is also good and the hotel is child friendly.

“Great experience”
• The food was great and very tasty, with a nice variety. • We appreciated the focus on local products — it would be even better to advertise them more, as it really awakens interest to buy some of them at the local market. • The accommodation was spacious and comfortable.

The food in the restaurant was good. Good cheese. The restaurant system is well organised. However the eldest of the lady waitresses is not friendly at all. l did not get her name though. “Great stay”
Breakfast and dinners were very good each day. Staff friendly and efficient. Apartment was cleaned every day. We used the sofa bed which wasn't too bad compared to others we've had to endure. Bar was good value for money and the Bad Hindelang card which came with the reservation probably saved us about 100eur on activities. It was good there was an early sitting for family dinners.

“Bad Hindelang”
The room, decor and furniture have not been changed since the hotel opened. Inappropriate for the current times and the rest of the hotel which is great.

“Resort retreat”

“Kids didn’t want to leave :)”
We liked the location, the playground for kids both inside and outside, the food was really good. We enjoyed also swimming in the pool. The staff in nice, for Easter they organised events for kids

“Large comfortable apartment”
Large comfortable apartment, good Wi-Fi, floor heating in bathroom, great breakfast, parking garage was great being on motorbike in rainy weather.

“Hotel from the 60ties - needs a renovation”
The rooms are from the 60ties. We stayed there just for one night as we were on a wedding next to the hotel. The facility is big, the restaurant seems newer but the rest is pretty old. They charged us 200€ a night! Probably to avoid short term stays but definitely no good price for value

“Lovely stay in a beautiful location”
The surroundings of the resort are stunning, and the location is ideal for exploring the area and the village itself. The room and public spaces were exceptionally neat and clean, and I liked that the toiletries were provided in larger refillable bottles rather than wasteful and environmentally-unfriendly small disposable bottles. The breakfast service was fantastic, delicious hot and cold food and a great selection. The staff all provided excellent, friendly service. Great parking facilities and the sommer/winter pass was great although much more useful and good value in winter. our room was at the back of the property and although we didn’t have a Mountain View, it was very private and quiet which was a definite plus as we were traveling with a newborn. Overall we had a really lovely stay and I would recommend to others traveling as a couple or with a baby.

“Generous apartments”
The apartments are quite generous. They were much greater than we needed for just the one night. Next time I plan to stay there serveral days to take advantage of all the facilities on offer
