“Relaxing and meticulously designed stay in Bad Herrenalb with stunning views of the Black Forest!”

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Johanna in May for 5 days while attending an event in Karlsruhe. The house had a welcoming entrance with space to remove shoes. It had two levels - downstairs featured a home gym, sauna, rain shower, cold water pipe, and a WC. Outside, the terrace provided breathtaking views of the Black Forest and had a swing to enjoy Bad Herrenalb's beauty. Upstairs, there was a room for two, a bathroom, kitchen, and a spacious living room with a large TV. On the first floor, three rooms accommodated six people, with a gallery area containing an antique desk, a chaise longue, and a balcony. The master bathroom had a large bathtub and a WC. Another stair led to a room under the roof with toys, books, and a balcony. The surroundings were serene, with a nearby river, meadows, and views of the Black Forest. There were convenient dining options, including a tasty Greek restaurant, as well as a supermarket and drugstore nearby. The owners' attention to detail was evident, from the fully equipped kitchen to a set of towels for each guest. The villa was worth the money, exceptionally clean, and provided a relaxing experience. We plan to return next year!

Wonderful house with great views. Located near the centre. The house includes many amenities that you would not get at other places. Saartje, was fantastic. She provided all the information needed and promptly replied to all our questions or needs.
