The hotel could have been nice,but we had a serious issue with the shower.The tap only worked for overhead shower, while the handheld shower did not work at all.We informed reception and were told that we simply did not know how to use it. A housekeeper was sent but she could not fix at either. In the evening the shower was stopped working completely. At checkout we were only told "sorry". Unfortunately this ruined our Christmas stay. I would not recommended this hotel
