“Stay far away from this place, it might be an ok hotel but we were scammed”
Of all my travels this is my absolute worst hotel experience. We booked a room in the after informing about our 10pm check in. We got a confirmation and an explanation as to where to find the key etc. So far so good. When we arrive there are no keys! We are more guests in the same situation and we ask the other guests if we are looking in the right place. Then we call and text three different numbers, ring the doorbell, but nothing. Next morning after having spent the night looking for a place to stay, we call, write emails and texts to at least get an explanation,(sometimes there are excuses) and get our money refunded. But they have gone completely silent.
