During check in everything seemed fine, however as we arrived back at our room at 10pm after a dinner the heaters were running at full power despite being in the off position. Of course no staff was around anymore to address this. With the lights turned on we finally saw how dirty the room was (large chunks of dust everywhere, mirror dirty). The overall atmosphere seems very run-down. From broken door handles to empty planters to worn out woodwork to messy cables stuffed in corners to the overall sad state of the furniture… This place does not seem ready to receive guests yet.
