Elevator was out of order throughout my stay, making the walk up to the fourth floor incredibly tiring. The WC was not cleaned prior to my arrival. The shower drain was clogged and did not drain properly. There seemed to be an issue with the floor drain in the shower. The windows were old/outdated. They let in outside air and noise. The curtains were dirty and stained. Overall, it seemed like this was once a good hotel, but it has become very dated and has not been maintained, renovated, or updated.

I got yelled at for 10 minuter when i arrived because the employer was angry with booking.com for reserving a room for my family when they didnt have one.free.. which they had after a lot of yelling from the receptionist

“Tip Top”
Very good hotel, well placed in Bad Alexandersbad. Being directly opposite the thermal baths park is also very nice in order to go for a little walk or a jog either in the morning or in the evening. This is quite pleasant.
