“Great location, view, biking trail, Bad Abbach baths, and ground floor for senior's convenience....”
The view is excellent, the apartment is neat and comfortable. Location far away from the city, street in front with scores of bikers (right on the biking path - 1 hr away from Regensburg). Obvioulsy none of this was a problem - we actually liked it, a lot. Bad Abbach is a great hub for local travels (if you have a car, or a bike), there is also a bus (16) that takes you to Regensburg.
