“I didn’t like it. I’ve been to 15 countries and it’s the worst hostel and the worst staff I’ve ever seen.”
we arrived at 18:30. No one met us at the reception and we waited until 24:00 for an employee to appear!!! 5.5 hours, just think about it!!! it's horrible. When we checked in, there was no water and no WiFi. I don’t understand how this hotel has a rating of 7.6...

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We originally booked two separate rooms as I didn't see the option for a family room. Upon check-in, I asked if there's a family room available. Thankfully, there is availability, and she moved us to a family room for the same price.
