location is pretty good it is in the city center. fast food is just a walking distance such as Mac Donald, Jollibee and KFC.

Great views and a comfortable stay. We stayed five nights and enjoyed the cozy apartment. We did not hear any noise from neighbours. Host is very accommodating and communication is easy.

“Good Value Stay with View and Excellent Location”

Our stay at Cityscape Residences was comfortable overall and offered good value for money. The space is compact—best suited for one person, though it worked for two of us. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, and we slept well. The air conditioning was good quality and quiet, with an oscillating fan provided for extra comfort. Storage was ample, and the studio was well-equipped. The view from the window was a highlight, offering a nice perspective of the city with the sea in the distance. There was also a tiny balcony—more like a ledge with a railing. We appreciated the ambient lighting above the bed, which made the space feel cosy. The WiFi worked well, and we enjoyed watching films on the Netflix-enabled TV. The free rooftop pool was small but clean; however, the glass surrounding it could use more regular cleaning to better appreciate the view. The location is excellent—just a 6-minute walk to Ayala Mall, with a 24-hour convenience store in the building and other shops, restaurants, and fast food options nearby. While the space was clean on the surface, some of the drawers and cupboards had remnants from previous guests, which we cleaned using the provided vacuum. The fridge wasn’t very strong despite being set to the coldest setting, but the freezer worked well. Amenities like shampoo, liquid soap, and dishwashing liquid were plentiful, though the scrubbing brushes needed replacing (we bought our own). Although we didn’t meet Alexander in person, he was very responsive over messages, letting us know where to buy drinking water etc.

In the heart of Bacolod next door to the McDonalds and within walking distance to most tourist attractions. My room had a view of the park and further on the sea. The best was a laundry service plus 24 hour convenience store downstairs in the building.

Quiet. More space in the red cabinet for stowing baggage. Tv, aircon, ref, and airpot are working properly. Simple instructions from the owner.

It was nice and the airconditioning and fan is good. We had an awesome sleep! Good value for money! The washroom needs renovation though to make it looks new.. but so far it was good!

I love that the room is perfect and complete. I had everything I needed! I needed! It was Lagoon-facing, so quiet and I had an awesome view of the moon while I was working at dawn.

I like the location very near all establishment , park , port and other tourist spot. I like the view from the veranda, you can see the lagoon capitol I like the overall facilities, guard is so friendly , highly recommended.
