Staff were all superb! From the receptionists (shoutout to the main guy who recommended really good local eateries), right to the brekky lady who makes you feel welcomed at breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable, love the mix of traditional and modern fixtures/furnishing. Got the room with the jacuzzi - and it was awesome after a long day of hiking! Directly in the heart of town - train station is about a 10 mins walk, it is opposite the famous Altes Haus, and close to the PostHof. Also close to main attractions and hiking trails.

The staff are very welcoming. You won't find a better location, you walk out the front door, and there are restaurants and wine bars very close by.

“Would stay again but on a lower floor.”
We stayed on the triple room. Super spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. The location can't be better in Bacharach. The views from the room are breathtaking.

“Nice and quiet hotel”
The room was modern and comfortable. The hotel and the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is particularly useful in summer. The hotel is located in the city center and it's close to many restaurants.
