“Good stay but we are still waiting for our deposit to be refunded”
WE had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor shower was lovely and relaxing. I also appreciated the option to dine at the on-site restaurant and parking.

This place is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are lovely, the bed is comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily have stayed a few days longer. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We also really enjoyed the resident dogs and cats at the property who were often in the common areas.

“Overall, a nice place to stay if you are looking for a quiet spot in Bacalar”
We stayed in one of the houses and overall had a pleasant experience. The houses are very nice and cozy, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The location is also lovely and peaceful, perfect for relaxing near the lagoon. Breakfast was good and tasty, though some items like eggs or additional extras come with an extra charge.

“Amazing stay!!!”
Probably the best stay we’ve ever had! Seriously amazing. Booked it for my partners birthday present and he absolutely loved it. Most amazing room with private pool… such a comfy bed and loved the outdoor shower. Food was nice and the cocktails lovely. Friendly staff too.

“More of a jungle stay than lagoon, but an incredible stay nonetheless, a unique experience.”
Amazing room, set in the jungle, a couple of minutes walk from the lagoon. The room is genuinely stunning, with high vaulted ceiling, feeling both like you are in the jungle as well as in your own private cocoon. The room is a little dark, but when you are not looking for things, the lighting is very atmospheric and provides an incredible setting for relaxing. Best hammock experience, and the bed is simply incredible, the best mattress. The outdoor shower is an interesting touch, giving you a view of the jungle as you shower, a really nice touch. The restaurant and bar facilities are superb, and the staff at Naya are all excellent, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, with special mention to Jorge, Carlos and Javier, all of which helped make our stay very enjoyable.

“Tranquil stay in a boujie location”
The setting is just perfect. Very tranquil in a jungle setting next to the lagoon. Get up early and watch sunrise. Breakfast was great. We are at the hotel one evening and it was delicious, although slightly on the high price point.
