Great location, short walk into town. Fantastic breakfast. The roof top space to relax with the pool is stunning, with views of the lagoon. Loved the bed - had a fab stay.

This is a great hotel and it’s the owner/managers attention to detail that makes it hum. I was worried about my late arrival via Tren Maya but Francisco assured me they’d wait past the normal time if necessary. The staff were so kind and accommodating. It’s super clean, the roof terrace is fantastic, breakfast is great. I loved it and felt very much at home. It’s close to a lovely public swimming dock.

“Very friendly Staff, great Breakfast Buffet - but Room without a View”

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The receptionist, Augustina, was especially attentive and ready to assist whenever needed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options, and the kitchen staff were just as warm and welcoming. The roof terrace, which includes a pool, was a nice spot to relax and unwind. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the Eco-Park (Boardwalk) and very close to local cafes, bars, and restaurants. Directly opposite the hotel is a local Mexican food stall that deserves multiple visits, as the food is absolutely delicious. For convenience, there’s also a taxi driver living right across the street.

Despite the tiny room, the hotel is lovely. The pool is located on the rooftop and you have a view on the lagoon. The breakfast buffet was good and had options for different tastes. Breakfast is also served on the roof, which is nice. The location is good, it's around 15 minutes walking distance away from the centre, but you have nice restaurants and access to the lagoon close by. Everything was clean.

Great location near to the lagoon and the centre and the bus station. Good size room with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff, nice seating areas, tasty breakfast, water dispenser.

Wonderful breakfast, helpful staff, family-run operation. Conveniently located close to the ecopark and not too far from the ADO bus terminal. Relatively quiet area, but lots of good restaurants within walking distance

It has all you need for a short stay; has green practices and the distance to the lagoon is very short. Located near the main road with restaurants and bars. Good breakfast and nice roof pool.

Nice little hotel, very close to the laguna and walking distance to the center. The staff is very friendly and does everything they can to make your stay comfortable.

We loved the friendliness of the staff - especially the owner who was extremely helpful. The location was great, really near to the entrance of the Lake, which costs $20 pesos a day. Fresh water available & breakfast was good.
