“Super comfortable, not far from the center”

Very comfortable bed! Direct access to the lagune, was perfect for swimming in the morning. Breakfast was fine, I brought my own coffee. It was a walk of 20 -30 min to the center, but Uber worked well too.

“A perfect base for beautiful Bacalar”

We stayed in a lovely bright room with a balcony overlooking the lagoon - the view would be hard to beat and we made a lot of use of the balcony, which does have some shade thankfully. We also used the hotel's comfortable sunbeds on the edge of the lagoon - sitting there reading was utterly idyllic. The lovely people working there made us feel very welcome. It's a 20 minute walk to the main part of town, and we enjoyed doing that once or twice a day (though there are plenty of taxis if needed). There are also restaurants a few minutes from the hotel.

The lagoon was stunning and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lagoon view room which I think is a must. The lady a the bar who served us was a beautiful lady and always smiling.

Great location and swimming area. Short walk to nearby restaurants. Very clean Really nice gardens.

The location is fabulous, so calm in the mornings, with the lagoon changing during the day. Great for swimming, overwater hammocks and loungers cool, nice eating area, plants. Very clean. Breakfast and lunch good. Staff pleasant.

I loved the location directly at the lagoon and the beautiful view It was tranquil and very relaxing to spend a day just sitting at the deck looking out onto the water Nicely decorated room That they accommodated me with an other room since the first 2 had mold

Location is good. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. The facility is quite and good place for relaxing. We liked sundeck and terrace area next to the lagoon. Breakfast was ok but very few options to select.

Fabulous setting on the lake and a new property with beautifully finished rooms and a nice outsude deck for breakfast

Lakefront location was great & breakfast was tasty (would've been nice to have juice & fruit rather than having to choose one). Was a bit of a trek into central Bacalar but not a major issue.

Lovely location right on the water with sun loungers and parasols to relax, wonderful, kind staff and diverse breakfast with choice of either eggs or pancakes, as well as a fruit plate or fruit juice.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot on the lagoon and we had a balcony that looked out onto the water. It''s an amazing spot to relax at during the day and there are plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast is served overlooking the lagoon and is coffee/tea, fruit/juice, eggs/omelette/bacon or pancakes. The staff were very friendly. It is about a 20-30 minute to the main town area of bacalar where most of the bars and restaurants are. We sometimes walked and sometimes took a taxi which cost between 60-80 pesos. The room was very clean, air con worked really well. WiFi was very good. The bed was large and comfortable.

Most hotel rooms are well situated in a very nice garden en have a view (some towards the lake). We were given a room with a window looking at a wall, so less nice. Nice bar and tables outside for breakfast, overlooking the lake.

Nice stay overall, but the room lacked a fridge and coffee maker. No rental options for kayaks, SUPs, or bikes. The restaurant was closed in the evening, which was a bit inconvenient. A few small upgrades would make a big difference

Clean, good value for the money. The property is on lagoon which is really great. The bed is comfortable.

It was beautiful and walking distance from the town. It had its own space to enter the lagoon which was very nice. The stuff was super nice as well :)
