“We didn’t want to leave!”
We enjoyed every second here! Our rooms were big, clean and had a balcony with an amazing view of the lake (& a hammock to enjoy it).. the shower was hot and great pressure - & after 2 months of travelling this truly felt like a luxury! Staff were so lovely and helpful. The breakfast was above & beyond expectations, not many hotels would offer such good options for included breakfasts, definitely worth it! The breakfast area & the rooftop are also so pretty & with a great view. The location was a short walk to everything so very convenient as well.

Great location and a good selection of food for breakfast. They had a laundry facility too and plenty of towels for swimming or use at the lagoon or cenotes.

“Not the Bacalar experience I was hoping for”
They serve a very generous and delicious breakfast. The parking lot is next to the hotel. Close to the city centre where many restaurants and shopping areas are located. The neighbourhood gives you a total tropical vibe!
