Good location, about 10 minutes from the bus station and about 10 to the centre of town or the lagoon. Staff were friendly and it had decent facilities. I was impressed with my room in particular, each bed has its own fan so guests could keep cool according to their own preference.

The staff were really helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was cheap.

Clean washrooms and showers, friendly host Fan in the tent was a lifesaver for both white noise and breeze. Kitchen area came in handy. Enjoyed the rooftop lounge (could use a furniture update)

Awesome Hostel! Awespme Owner!! He gave me a lot of good tips and we had awesome talks. Its close to the center, the market and a taco place. The lagoon is just 2 blocks away. So all walkable. The hostel is easy going and quiet, everything is made with love. Rooftop terace has a hamock, that is really awesome!

The vibe at this hostel is the best. The staff are very friendly and the hostel is clean and comfortable.

I was the only person staying at this hostel for two nights. It was strange but it was nice and peaceful, especially because this was the cheapest option available. The facilities were clean and I loved how green it feels. This is truly a fantastic hostel.

“Beware of Border Scam – Do Not Book Transport Here!”

The hostel is nice and comfortable, but I’m leaving a 1/10 rating because I bought a shuttle bus ticket to Belize through them, and it turned out to be a big tourist scam. At the Mexico-Belize border, the bus stopped at a strange office separate from the official one. There, they charged me 800 MXN as a “tourist fee” to get my exit stamp, which is completely illegal. If you entered Mexico by air, you’ve most likely already paid this fee as part of your airline ticket. However, they don’t care—if you refuse to pay, they simply won’t stamp your passport. They also don’t provide a receipt. When I asked the bus driver, he insisted the fee was mandatory, but after investigating, I found out this is a total lie. The only legitimate tourist fee in Quintana Roo is a maximum of 300 MXN. Avoid booking transportation through this hostel if you don’t want to fall victim to this scam. Consider taking an ADO but to Chetumal and from there a chicken but to cross the border and reach Belize city.

Super hostel, the place is nice and well maintained The rooms are clean and it's very quiet! For the price, it's an excellent place. The staff are also very nice and were able to give me lots of information. I definitely recommend!
