Very comfortable room with all the basics. Hotel is located walking distance from restaurants, cafes, shops, lagun, and town centre. Staff is very kind and understanding they don't speak English but we got our communication stored thanks to their positive attitude. Very good value for money.

A bit of a walk to downtown but reasonably priced so worth the walk.

Lovely little b&b, very well looked after (both the rooms and common spaces). The staff were super welcoming, helpful and attentive - they ordered taxis, organised a low cost laundry service and looked after our bags in the lobby (free of charge) after we checked out. We really enjoyed our stay, and especially appreciated the calm/quiet for a good nights sleep after being on a bus the night before!

Free drinking water , tea and coffee. Fridge in room! Has a TV too but we didn't use it. Air con worked fine. Cheap for Bacalar

A charming boutique hotel! Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but I would love to stay again. The room was comfortable and clean, you could have tea and coffee in the morning and water was available. It was great, I would recommend it.

Friendly staff and clean room. Coffee and tea were nice touches in the common area. Some cigarette smell from the outside in the evening otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Fantastic old house converted into a hotel. Very nice location, big room with a huge and comfortable bed (not common in Mexico). Super quiet hotel, great to rest and chill in wonderful bacalar. the hotel it's family owned, which is always very nice, and was very clean. 10 minutes walk to the centre of town and 2 great cafes for morning breakfast.

Close to town and close to a very good breakfast place (Habacalar). It was clean (enough) and good value for money.

Lovely boutique style hotel. It had a welcoming atmosphere and was very comfortable. They stayed up very late to greet us and were very helpful and friendly. Price excellent.

“Good for a short stay.”

The properly had friendly and helpful staff, on the second day we asked to change rooms and they accommodated us greatly. The beds were comfortable and the spaces were clean and spacious. In our second room there was space to hang our clothing which was great. The location is about a 15 minute walk from the town which was not an issue for us as it’s all flat! Also close to the lake and activities. Also free coffee and water provided as well as access to a microwave! Upstairs also has a terrace space to use.

Cute cozy room that was well cleaned. This hotel is very good value for money and we loved the room. Complimentary coffee, tea and fresh water all day. Very welcoming hostess.
