“Great but needs work”
Staff were great and happy people. Common area was nice. Cleaning offered everyday. Location was within walking distance of everything, especially the ADO.

“Simple and quite stay”
Perfect and quite location. You can reach the center in 10 minutes walking. There’s a nice pool to cool off in the heat.

“Nice hotel for a short stay.”
Everything is clean and the staff was really nice. Even when we wanted to rent a scooter on short notice the staff helped us to organize one for the very next day. Also a plus: The TV had a Netflix function which was good on a rather rainy day.

“Beautiful stay!”
Had a lovely, peaceful stay at Casa Delia. Bedrooms were clean, comfortable and modern. Karen was a wonderful, friendly host and kindly organised a wonderful boat trip for us on the gorgeous lagoon! Location is less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of Bacalar and in a safe area. There was water available at reception at all times. Would recommend this gem
