A nice modern clean room, in our case with a balcony. Also a fridge, water and coffee machine were available in the common spaces. Only a few blocks from the market square center.

Perfect location, close to the main square but quiet area

The hotel was very fine, clean, nice surrandings etc. Not fantastic, but no complains. Perfect location also, close enough to centre but already very quite. We also booked a boat lagune trip with the owner. The trip itself was alright, as expected so a tiny bit boring, but the lagune is very beautiful, truly colorful so worth going. However, we had unpleasent experience at the start. The owner told us it starts at 9:30 but also that we should meet at reception 9:10 and he will drive us to the boat or we can follow him with our car. We were there at 9:10, he arrived 9:20 looking surprised that we are waiting. We wanted to use our car but we asked him for directions in case we loose him. Turned out he didn't go with us without telling so. We arrived at destination 9:35 and the boat was already gone. So not only he didn't go with us but he didn't care to call that we'll be late even thought it was 100% his fault. Fortunately a guy on site called the captain and the boat returned to pick us up. But is doesn't change the fact that it was quite stresful and unpleasent. The owner simply didn't care and his behavior was misleading and very unprofessional.

Comfort, cleanliness and fast wifi.

This was our favourite place we have stayed in so far on our trip. The double bed and balcony room was so authentic and perfect. The room was brilliantly cleaned everyday. The communal area featured a fridge, microwave and free water as well as utensils to make breakfast and lunch. The location was perfect too, just a short walk to the restaurants and lagoon. The family that run the case were extremely helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay again!

“Spotless room in convenient location”

After an initial confusion about the room I had booked was cleared up, I really enjoyed my stay here. The lady managing the place was always super helpful and sweet. The room and bathroom were spotless and the entire property is in great shape. Ideal location in between ADO station and town centre as well as lagoon public bathing spots.

The location was excellent. Quiet, yet very close to the centro. The hotel and my room were beautiful. The shower, bed, and air conditioning were all fantastic. The cleaning ladies were constantly working very hard to keep the place lovely and clean. Highly recommend

“Hidden gem in Bacalar”

Very nice location close to the center of the town and very nice owners, they can even arrange a fantastic boat tour on the lake (with pickup and dropoff service) for you for a decent price. The room was big and very clean, there was an everyday cleaning service. Definitely recommendable! 10/10.

“One night stay”

We were a family of 4 distributed in 2 similar and clean rooms (one with small private balcony) at first floor. Internal parking, safe for the car. Coffee, tea, hot/cold water dispencer, cutlery and fridge available outdoor for those who want to prepare their own breakfast (not included in our reservation). Owners have been very kind with us, but they had to strive with google translor to communicate in english.

We arrived early in the morning and could enter the room and take a shower. That was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. They helped us booking taxis. Laguna was within walking distance.

Clean, comfy, and kind staff. Plenty room for parking cars and bikes.
