Pool, grounds and my room was amazing. Rooftop lounge was a great place to relax with friends. Very beautiful boutique hotel.

“Great option if you’re not staying on the lagoon”
The location was great. Breakfast was included and a good choice. Rooms were good size with fridge and microwave. Cold water in reception.

The hotel was very nice The staff was beyond helpful - honestly the best service we've had in an hotel during our stay. On our first day we arrived a bit early and offered to facilitate booking a tour of the Laguna, which we did. Very clean

“Lovely little hotel in the heart of town”
Great location and very quiet despite being so close to the centre of town and Mr Taco being one minute down the road is amazing. The bed are comfy and the staff are kind. There’s a fridge with mini bar in the room and the room is cleaned well. There is water in reception you can refill bottles from and you get 2x comp bottles in the fridge on arrival. Aircon worked well and the balcony was spacious.

The location is excellent near center and near very good restaurant La Playita. The room is nice and big with the pool view. If we return to Bacalar we will choose again this hotel.

Good location, staff was very helpful. We even got breakfast to go when we had to leave early. Nice pool and roof top terrace. Very clean.

“We loved it”
We loved this place. The room and bed were super big, everything is very clean, people working there are really nice and the breakfast is super good. Really close to the center and the lake. We loved everything about it, our best stay in Mexico!
