“On the corner of C.22 and C.13!”
Ray was welcoming and very proactive at sorting issues. We had troubles finding the place due to some error with our gps and Ray helped us all the way until we founf it. The place is very good value for money all things considered. We also had a problem with the hot water and it got fixed and another issue where we got locked ouside the room and whithin 5 minutes someby arrived and sorted it. Not perfect but Ray was very proactive in sorting things out quickly. Also very important the toilet doesn't stink!

“Great for 3 nights!”
It’s nice and spacious with a terrace to relax on. The kitchen good enough for breakfast and the bed is comfortable! Shower was light warm during the day but in the morning and evening a bit cold.

“Comfortable stay”
Short walk to the main plaza, some lovely eateries a long the way. Bed was firm but comfy, an improvement could have been to have a blanket and not just a sheet. Toiletries were good and the kitchenette was well equipped. Great aircon. The hammock on the terrace was a nice touch.

“Lovely Little Place To Stay”
The room had aircon and worked just fine. The location was just a 10 min walk from the central plaza. And a few minutes from the main highway.

Very clean and modern. Bed was comfy. Lots of space. Kitchen utensils were good. Big fridge and lots of table space. Shower was reasonable. Bathroom was good.

Good AC. 10mins walk from ADO bus station. 10-15minute walk to Bacalar centro. Gave beach towels which was very handy. Clear instructions for check in.
