Absolutely nothing. After my jacket was stolen and the bad customer service I received, I can't write anything nice; I clearly told them they would get this comment on Booking.com and they just said I am free to do that.

“Affordable comfort with a hint of luxury”
Excellent 4* hotel located around 15 km from the city centre. The rooms were tastefully furnished and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a broad array of choice, especially for continental items. The staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful. The fitness room and spa were also appreciated extras.

room was big and quiet, hotel is quite cheap vs others and parking (small) was free (though we were lucky to take the last free parking place at checkout - people who arrived later would have to search where to park their car).

The staff did not take care to clean the room, during my stay they avoid to clean the room 4 times, moreover they did pay attention to my request to fix up the television, in fact the TV was unavailable till the end of my stay.
