Not much to like. Before the trip we had questions to The host via chat and he never responded. The phone number was turned off for days. I asked for a refund and the hotel lied about that Booking.com does not allow, but the booking themselves confirmed they asked the hotel for a refund. When we arrived in the place one of the employees who should accept us was obviously drunk and not speaking anything else than Turkish. The room was dirty. It was next to something like a hotel kitchen. At first night there was a group of people drinking in this kitchen till 5am in the morning and it was impossible to sleep. At 7 am someone started doing some breakfast so in total we slept for 2 hours.

“Living in the fridge”
There was an unpleasant smell in the room. The windows were completely leaky, the wind blew through the gaps. The radiators were not working. Therefore, the temperature in the room was almost the same as outside - about 10-12 degrees. This is very cold and such a temperature is not suitable for an overnight stay. In addition, there was no hot water in the bathroom in the evening. Luckily, it appeared at least in the morning. We had booked 3 rooms, so to be honest, I have to say that it was only so cold in one room (No. 1). It would also be time to spruce up the rooms a bit: replace broken mirrors, install light bulbs, and wash smelly curtains.

The staff (man ar reception) were very friendly, polite and helpful. In the kitchen was everything you could need. We rate 9 only because of the old remont, but otherwise 10.

“Its okay place to stay in for a night, but there's definitely room for improvement.”
1. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel administrator — the human touch really made a difference. 2. The room was clean and tidy, with white linens and towels. 3. Room included a hairdryer and shower gel, which was convenient. 4. Room was quiet, bright, and spacious. 5. The mattresses were extremely comfortable.
