Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast (on beautiful plates - which are apparently originally from the 1995 Nobel Prize Ceremony dinner!). Beautiful building and grounds, beautiful room.

Wonderful historical site. Peaceful setting yet close to the main road. A very restful place to stay before heading for the Hook of Holland ferry back to the UK.Handy for an evening drive to Emmerich which has plenty of eateries overlooking the Rhine.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to see and do. The place was spotless, and you could really tell the staff put a lot of effort into keeping it clean. What stood out to me the most was how they managed to preserve the building's charm while still making it modern and comfortable. My room was great, especially the bed—super cozy, which made for a really restful sleep. The staff were all incredibly friendly and polite, going out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back!

“We wished we could have stayed longer”
The hotel is situated near Arnhem in a very beautiful meadow. The room was spacious and the interior extra special and very creative. We have had a fantastic breakfast and wished we could have stayed longer.

Amazing location, unbelievable surroundings! Main road was a few hundred meters away, but you couldn't hear a thing other than birds and nature! The moment you left the car at the parking lot and entered the estate, you were immediately swept away to a different era! Interior and rooms made you feel like living in a hundreds-year-old mansion. Unfrogetable experience! Would definitely book again during my next stay in Tolkamer.
