Overview
Sporthotel Bruurs offers spacious rooms in historic Baarle-Nassau’s quiet and green countryside. It has a restaurant, indoor tennis courts, and a well-equipped gym. It also has a 25-meter indoor pool and a fully equipped sauna with an outdoor pool. The modern rooms are decorated in a mix of red and white. Each has a small seating area with a flat-screen TV. All include a private bathroom with a shower. Free Wi-Fi is available. Guests can play a game of tennis or relax in the sauna or hot tub. Bruurs also has a sun-room with views of the lush garden. Bike rentals are available, and guests can explore Baarle-Nassau’s forest surroundings. Packed lunches are available on request.

“Great place to stay in a very quirky town.”
This was my second stay at the Buurs sport hotel, I liked the friendly reception and bar staff. The bar served good food at a reasonable price and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. The sauna, swimming pool and gym are available to guests although the pool was often occupied by private sessions for children’s swimming lessons and aquarobics. There is a lovely chill out lounge attached to the sauna where you can sit in your robe and order food and drinks from the bar and read a book. This is really a small hotel attached to a sports centre but this adds to it’s charm. The rooms were cleaned every day and everything was functional. There’s parking outside and it’s only a short walk into town whether it be in Belgium or Holland or both.

We had lovely stay at Barle. The location is 10 mins walk from the bus stop. Facility have lovely swimming pool, gym and sauna.

“it is not the best choice”
The hotel staff was super nice and helpful. We could place our bikes into a safe and closed place too. The location for bikers is awesome. Many nice Dutch and Belgian towns and villages around.

“The hotel for sporty people to stay not looking for anything fancy.”
The hotel has a big free parking lot and is located not too far from the centre of Baarle (within walking distance). The breakfast is very good and the access to the sport facility is uncomparable.
