The staff were wonderful — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Great location right on the beachfront with direct access to the sea. It’s very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. We also really enjoyed the cozy terrace — it was lovely to relax in the hammock and just unwind.

This place is absolutely magical. There are only 9 bungalows and the furthest is still just a stones throw from the beach. Pai & Nanda could not been more attentive, they just wanted to please, and to ensure that you had everything needed for your stay, and they always had a biggest and welcoming smile. The rooms are big and there is the most comfortable hammock at the front of each bungalow. I was pleased not to be sharing my bungalow because l didn't want to leave that hammock ❤️ The beach is pretty much deserted despite it being beautiful. The wayer is very shallow so you have to walk out for 3-4 minutes before you're deep enough for a swim. There are beanbags for comfort but no sunchairs, not that they were needed. There is also so much wildlife in this little romantic resort, so make sure to download the Merlin bird ID to distinguish the many resident birds that sing their hearts out.. I found the bed incredibly comfortable and l slept well. Sand Terrace does not have a restaurant however, there are plenty of places to eat, including a night market just around the corner which serves food from around the world. They also have a band playing ambient tunes while you eat, and there is also a fabulous bar area and desert station. Definitely not to be missed.. Sand Terrace can book you ferries and cabs. The taxi cost to/from the pier is 200 baht. I was really saddened to leave and only wished l had booked to stay for longer.

The property itself is beautiful. Right on the beach, which was great for sunset. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. If we were to return to Koh Phangan we would definitely stay here again.

The location is in the heart of everything you need for your stay including 7-Eleven, the night markets, and a strip of really good and reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. The property has direct access to a private beach so you don’t really have to go anywhere besides exploring the island. The sunset from the beach is incredible. The staff is very helpful, accommodating, and willing to go beyond.

The property was right on the beach very clean tidy and so comfortable. An awesome laid back vibe. Our host Thet Paing went above and beyond to make our stay great, providing us cool recommendations, bike hire for a good price, transfers again for a good price and even stayed late when our boat arrived late to the island. We felt very much welcome here and will definitely be coming back! A super find and I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay in Koh Pha-Ngan. A 5 star find for anyone reading and thinking of where to stay on the island.

Paing was a wonderful host, he was amazing, kind and welcoming and made our stay special. He let us leave our bags for over 24hours which was super helpful. The bungalows were spotless for us with a great cleaning team. It was beautiful tranquil and lush greenery. Right on the beach too. We loved the hammocks and beanbags and sunset view.

I can’t recommend this bungalow enough — it truly felt like VIP treatment from start to finish! The team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. They personally drove and accompanied us to rent a motorbike, and when the helmets we wanted weren’t available, they made sure to find and bring them to us himself. They was always available throughout the day for any questions, recommendations, or help we needed — super responsive and kind. The room itself was clean, cozy, and literally right on the beach — you wake up to the sound of the waves. If you’re looking for a place that’s not just beautiful but also offers genuine, personal hospitality — this is the one.

We stayed in the Beach House for a few nights and it was absolutely wonderful – right on the beach, super clean, cozy and just perfect to relax. A very special thank you goes to Nanda! From the very first moment he took so much time to explain everything to us – including where to eat nearby, and that although the property itself doesn’t have its own restaurant or pool, we could use the pool and gym at the sister hotel. That was really helpful and made us feel very well taken care of. On top of that, Nanda went above and beyond: he helped me prepare a small birthday surprise for my girlfriend, and it turned out beautifully. He is truly dedicated to his guests – even cleaning the beach every morning so everything looks perfect. The service here is on another level, warm and personal, and it made our stay unforgettable. We can only recommend this place 100% and would definitely come back! 🌴✨
