“Nice short stay.”
- The staff were friendly and helpful. - The pool area appeared clean and tidy however we did not use it. - Not far from Haad Rin where the full moon party is. The hotel does offer a shuttle and good advice given. - Staff helped us organise a taxi back to the pier. - Parking available for bikes.

Really good location, plenty of shops and restaurants a walk away. The staff were super friendly and helped organise taxi’s etc. room was spacious and quiet as it is set back a bit from the main road.

Great Staff and Value We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Billabong. The service was exceptional, and Williams and Tony were always friendly, helpful, and ready with great recommendations. The rooms were spacious and clean, giving us a relaxing home base during our trip. The poolside bar was a great spot to unwind, and the food was consistently delicious — from a hearty breakfast to satisfying lunches and dinners — all at affordable prices. It was so convenient to have everything right there without compromising on quality. If you’re looking for comfort, great service, and excellent value for money, Billabong is definitely the place to stay!

“Friendly and amazing value!”
Pool and garden area were lovely. You could always guarantee a delicious meal that was good value, and great for intolerances and allergies. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making sure everything went perfectly. Particularly, this amazing host at the reception who spoke amazing English and was able to give us some great tips and advice.

Nice rooms with balcony, well maintained and one of the quietest rooms we’ve stayed in since being in Thailand with little noise which was good. Rooms were spacious and clean.
