Overview
This hotel is set directly at Baabe Harbour on the island of Rügen, and it has a traditional thatched roof. All feature a private bathroom and offer views of Greifswalder Bodden Bay, Selliner See Lake and the Baaber Heath. Each morning, a breakfast buffet is prepared in the Solthus’s Scandinavian-inspired restaurant. In the evening, seasonal, regional specialities made with fresh, local ingredients. Use of the Solthus am See’s indoor pool, finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin is free of charge. Guests can also enjoy a massage or a cosmetic treatment. It is also possible to rent bikes from the hotel.

“Perfect road trip stop over for people exploring rugen island & Prora”
Everything the warm welcome the excellent food both for Breakfast & Dinner, the Spa facility, great parking and the smoking room was so unexpected and enjoyed by one of our group, we were 4 persons in 4 cars on a roadtrip around Germany and the Solthus was the best

The hotel is located outside the town in very nice romantic place with a small marina. We liked the friendly personal who welcomed us with a glass of champaigne. :) We also liked the wellness and the choice of breakfast with possibility to sit outside to enjoy a nice sea view.

We did not like the policy of the hotel that because we were there only for one night we were allocated to the room which was just beside reception and at that room was bad smell. After our complain we were allocated to better room in upper floor which was good. We did not like that we were informed that after long journey we can not have dinner in the restaurant because we did not have reservation of the place in the in the restaurant and we were recommended to have diner in the restaurant out of the hotel.
