“Serenity and peaceful getaway”
The staff working here were so sweet. There's a restaurant on site, but you have to order early so they have time to buy and prepare the ingredients. The whole place was quiet and serene and perfect for a getaway. There's not much around but there are a couple of local shops to buy snacks and drinks within walking distance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, not too hard of a mattress.

“We really enjoyed our brief stay in Ba Vi village.”
The buildings are all different, laid out in a spacious garden. There are several swimming pools, all nice and clean. The room was nice, clean and had everything you would expect. Although we did not speak Vietnamese, we managed to communicate with google translate and a staff member was super helpful when I managed to loose our key one night. (We found it the next day fortunately dropped in the street). This staff member was especially helpful with our queries and requests. There are several shops and restaurants nearby, so you have choices where to eat. The people we met were really kind and helpful.

“It was great!”
The location, the room, the propert by itself was excxcellent. The staff is kind, pokite and helpful. They met all our accommodation needs at no extra cost. The staff was approachable and had a smile on their face all the time. The property clean and the rooms, expsspecially the bathrooms were hygienic. The BBQ dinner is a must try. Overall the stay was fantastic and we had a wonderful time. Looking forward to coming back to Annam Garden's soon.

“Peace and quiet yet not to far away from Hanoi - a place we would all return to”
The BBQ dinner was excellent, the infinity pool lovely and the staff very nice There was no karaoke so it was wonderfully peaceful, I suspect staying in the large villa with friends would be a wonderful way to spend a couple of days

“Green haven and ultimate Vietnamese country experience in luxury”
The different rooms/cottages were spread around a lovely green garden full of flowers and the pools were beautifully laid out. BBQ for 2 in the garden is very romantic (but a lot of food!), you have to book food in advance. You can rent a motorbike to visit Ba Vi National park or relax in the garden and pools and cuddle the dogs.

Breakfast was not really suitable for non-Vietnamese. Only options were Vietnamese food. Now I understand, many holiday makers like to try Pho on Bun Cha for Breakfast, but having lived here 5 years I would have preferred a wider choice. That said... evening meal (BBQ) was really good.

Breakfast was very poor, coffee and juice are extra charged. One day we only got one egg and a baguette. The next day we asked for two eggs and got them. The menu for vegetarians is very poor. The requested dinner was always ready on time. The staff is nice and helpful, but their options are apparently limited.
