“Great place to relax”
Love the big beautiful room and the view. Food at dinner was simply amazing. Breakfast not so much so but still really good.

not as described. Toilet separate from bathroom to small to turn around, 8"step to get into bathroom, automated check out did not let us check out early despite informing about early checkout the day before, machine simply refuses to perform checkout

“Very enjoyable fun to watch everyone at the all you can eat and drink dinner quite entertaining”
Beautiful location , Saw snow monkeys munching on chestnuts on the street just around the corner from the hotel so cool, if you have time check out the Wasabi farm down the valley it is very interesting, l loved our time in this part of our Japan tour

“Nice place to get away from the normal crowded cities”
Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley A big hotel that never felt crowded. The staff was very helpful.
