The dedication and professionalism of Constantina, the desk manager, was absolutely exceptional, apart from being very courteous. She has accompanied me and my guests from before arriving to the hotel, providing details and transfer guidelines. Upon arrival and all along our 7 nights stay, she helped in every way, from selecting the rooms, renting cars, transportation, guiding to pharmacy, translation, ferries and more. She was available 24h day until our departure. In my 30 years of high end hotels experience, Canstantina was the best. We are also very thankful to Foteini who served our breakfasts so joyfully and generously ..

“Nice but needs a bit of TLC”

Lovely views over the bay. Peaceful location. Our suite was spacious, with a big balcony. Nice big swimming pool, nice pool area. Receptionist recommended some restaurants. Solid breakfast, and they make a good frappe to go with it

The room had everything we needed and the staff were so helpful. The views were like nothing I’ve ever seen, the pool was immaculate and our stay could not have been better. It ranged from €8-€12 per taxi, depending on where you were going. We recommend going to Azolimnos Beach and eating at Merseana, taking a trip to Ana Syros and exploring - we did this and then walked down into Ermoupoli. Ermoupoli is so vibrant and beautiful. You have to go swimming in its beaches (pictured) and eat at the incredible Astakos. We went twice! I have an allergy to milk/eggs which Sunrise Beach accommodated by proving vegan yogurts and milk options. They also gave me a free bottle of wine for my birthday. Every staff member was welcoming, generous and had a lovely, positive energy. We will be back!

Location and overall set up of the resort is great. Pool area and most of the staff were excellent. The size of the accommodation was huge and comfortable The two bathrooms were helful for the group.

Great location (if you have a car) close to the city and not far from nice beaches. The apartment was spacious spread over three floors. The pool was big and had a nice view. Modern and well equipped.

Beautiful room with seaview, watching sunrise from the balcony, quiet hotel area, big swimmingpool, always clean, nice breakfast, friendly Staff with good service. If you want a relaxing stay, I can recommand. We had a very nice holiday.

The host cona was amazing!!!! Always helped with everything from finding attractions to getting taxis and ideas, always available to us. Beyond that, the views are amazing. A little far from the city center, but overall excellent.
