This 18th century Riad designed in contemporary style features a spa and wellness centre. It is located in the Azemmour Medina on the Atlantic coast. All the rooms are decorated in authentic Moroccan style. They are equipped with TV, ensuite facilities and free Wi-Fi. Some of them have views overlooking the medina and ocean. Riad 7’s restaurant serves traditional Moroccan cuisine including tagines, couscous and local pastries. Guests can relax in the spa which offers massages with Argan oil. The Riad ideally located for exploring the Mazagan region. The El Haouzia beach, just 2km away, offers a range of watersports and the Mazagan Golf club is within easy reach.

Staff where amazing, so friendly and very informative with helpful tips for our trip as we continueour journey North . We had dinner and breakfast both delicious. food made with love is the best kind . The sense of calm and serenity in this riad was a new and beautiful experience for me. Total silence at night time .. highly recommend and don't go there just to sleep. Experience the Riad its self .

Gorgeous decor! Lovely traditional riad in old medina, filled with interesting art works. The lovely staff lady so kindly upgraded us to the Pasha suite. We loved our stay and would certainly return in May for the arts festival!

The host/manager, Rashida, went above and beyond for me. I encountered some problems when I arrived, and she was proactive in summoning help, and supported me throughout my stay and with dealing with authorities. I couldn't have asked for more from a host. She took really good care of me and also went into town with me and helped me to buy a sim card for my phone. After leaving the riad, Rashida also contacted me to check that I had arrived safely at my next destination. Thank you again to Rashida for all her help and support. It was hugely appreciated in very difficult circumstances. Aside from this, breakfast was superb, and the accommodation is amazing. Excellent value for money. I was able to leave my bags in the riad and collected them later too. Rashida has been the manager at the riad for around 10 years, so is very experienced, and very well known in the area. Azemmour is a dream for any street mural fans and an annual street art festival is held in the town. You can also do day trips to surrounding places such as El Jadida, which has a beautiful small medina and good restaurants.

“Security and comfort in Azemmour”
The dark Grey cement construction of the room was very grounding. I enjoyed the artistic touches. The hostess made a wonderful breakfast. The terrace was pleasant even if I was there on a rare cloudy day.

“Go out of your way to stay here”
From the moment we were greeted by Rachida's smile and were led by her through the Medina, I sensed I was going to love this place. There is nothing that special about Azemmour but Riad 7 is a destination in itself. The Medina is small (so impossible to get lost) and its walls have recently been filled with interesting graffiti murals. The Riad is an oasis of absolute calm and serenity. There is lots of interesting artwork. Our room was big and the beds very comfortable.

“Best accommodation in Azemmour”
Very nice 400 years old riad in old city of Azemmour. Well maintained, beautifully designed. We were upgraded after arrived to suite and we enjoyed our one night stay very much. Riad has a nice view from upper terrace, view of the river and old city too. Lady in the reception was very kind and helpful, English speaking and we had so nice discussion with her about the history of the place and old city of Azemmour. Definitely recommend this place!

“Best accommodation in Azemmour”
Very nice 400 years old riad beautifully restored and maintained. We were warmly welcomed and even upgraded. 3 floor building, beautiful view from the rooftop, nice rooms, full of modern art, paintings ,statues. Definitely best option for one night stay in small but beautiful Old city of Azemmour.

The riad is beautiful. Our room was well situated up on the rooftop terrace. The manager was very friendly and helpful.
