“Beautiful peaceful manor house b&b in great location.”

Beautiful old manor house b&b, just outside the lovely town of Azay le Rideau. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, made us feel very at home and couldn't have done more for us. Very calm and restful place to stay, and lovely extra touches for breakfast like home made jam and yogurts and honey from their own bees. It doesn't have all the 'bells and whistles' of a hotel, but is a comfortable and homelike place to stay, and great value for money for the quality and location.

A beautiful place to stay, wonderful and welcoming host. So quiet but you can walk into the town in a few minutes for delicious food. The bed was so comfortable and our room was very impressive.

Location is good .easy walk to Azay le rideau where there are lots of good restaurants. Bed was very comfortable.

We loved this manoir. Everything was amazing, really clean, luxury and comfy bedding, beautiful landscape and for the kids everything they need, a pool, a playroom and filled with a lot of amazing stuff. And not to forget a lovely breakfast and a friendly host. Loved it!! Would come back for sure.

Easy to find property in own grounds with easy parking. Our room was spacious and interesting although up two flights of stairs! Bed was comfortable and had an excellent shower.

Beautiful manor with amazing rooms. Pool looked great, though we didn't have time to use it. Lovely grounds with outdoor seating. Celine was extremely helpful and friendly

Welcoming and professional staff, even at the late hour that we arrived. As we had missed the restaurants in Azay, Florence kindly arranged a small supper for us. We were very grateful and also to Celine who gave us a small memento of walnuts wrapped in a cute package of hessian. Such kindness and thoughtfulness. Great old building, a short walk from the centre of Azay.

“Lovely couple of days on route to the South-West of France”

Beautiful old manor - even older than the castle (which is on walking distance and definately worth a visit!), large rooms - the family room was very big with a connected room for our 3 kids. The kids loved the swimming pool and play area, we even had a family competition 'air hockey' ;-) Also nice was the fact that we were allowed to use the guest kitchen (could be a little bit better equiped) so after a full french lunch, we just prepared ourselves a nice picknick at the manor in the evening. Azay-le-Rideau is also a beautiful small town. And we had fun canoeing on the Indre river.
