Despite having to check out earlier than the usual breakfast hours, the staff went the extra mile to accommodate my needs. They graciously organized a takeaway breakfast for me at 5am, ensuring that I didn't miss out on a meal before my early departure. This thoughtful gesture truly made a difference and showcased the staff's unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction. As for the room, it was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the room exuded a pleasant and calming atmosphere, providing the perfect setting for a peaceful night's sleep. I was particularly impressed by the meticulous attention to detail in the room's design, which added a touch of modernity and a sense of uniqueness. Throughout my stay, I experienced no disturbances or noise issues, allowing me to fully unwind and rejuvenate for the next leg of my journey. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Umda Hotel Montana, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of "Excellent." When it comes to check-in, I should note that the check-in time is 2pm. From around 4pm to 8pm, the hotel lobby and reception area can get quite busy with guests checking in. While the lobby isn't overly spacious, it adequately accommodates the rooms in the property. The hotel staff always made me feel comfortable by assisting me with my luggage and finding a suitable spot to wait. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of the staff, who displayed remarkable politeness, courtesy, and friendliness. Our check-in was done by Mufeez. He was courteous, professional, and even offered us options to upgrade our room for a minimal fee, which made our stay extra special as we ended up with a room boasting a breathtaking view of the Ayubia forest. Mufeez also managed to arrange an early check-in for us. I can't commend him enough for his outstanding service. Moving on to the room itself, I was pleasantly surprised by its decor. It was equipped with all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It had enough sockets at the side tables. Also, the bed mattress was soft, and the linens smelled fresh. The washroom was fine. True to their word, our room was positioned in such a way that we could enjoy views of the amazing forest. Will come back next year with my family.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. It was raining in Ayubia so the weather was very good. Our balcony was surrounded by clouds and a wonderful scenery. The rooms were also very neat and clean. Fantastic stay at the hotel.

The check-in process was flawlessly executed, with the impeccably trained staff delivering unparalleled efficiency and personalized attention. Mufeez bhai was always there to the rescue :). He gracefully catered to my every need and graciously provided insightful recommendations for tourist spots and dining areas. The hotel's prime location (opposite to the chairlift at one side and forest at the other side) further elevated my experience.
