“Perfect location for those who are seeking privacy”
We liked it all. The location - private, away from main tourist areas. But all cities were in 45 min driving distance. House was well equipped, pool area eas very nice. In the end of January we were able to take sunbaths. Host responded very quickly.

“Perfect for a relaxing family stay.”
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Pacy. The Villa had everything we needed for our family of 4 adults and 2 young children. The Villa is modern, very clean, comfy beds and well equipped. The infinity pool is great with a beautiful view of the sea. Maia beach is right across the road with a small snack bar, sun beds and umbrellas for hire. The villages nearby have some great traditional Greek restaurants and a few supermarkets but you will need a car to get to them.

“Fantastic Villa by the beach”
Beautiful property with a gorgeous pool in a great location with amazing sea views. The owners were always available and so helpful. They had even left us some food provisions when we arrived as it was Easter and everything would be closed.

Wonderful villa furnished very nicely with beautiful decoration in a quiet area. Outside area of the villa, especially the pool with the flowers, sea view and little park is nice as well. The owner Yiannis and his wife Stalo were very kind, helpful, they took care of their guests (fruit plate, cleaning) and were reachable at any time.

“Great”
The property is just a few steps away from the beach and it has a great view. The house is fully equipped and the hosts are very attentive. We asked for the name of a plant they had planted around the pool and they even brought us one in a pot to take it with us.

“Exactly the vacation we were looking for”
The villa completely meets the expectations it created when we first saw the pictures. Very modern and nice house, with enough space and everything you need. The location is amazing. Very quiet but not too far away from cities like Larnaka. The hosts are outstanding. Very kind, helpful and they even gave us a gift when we left and brought great cookies one day. Thank you so much for everything. This stay is a great future memory for us!

A beautiful and very cozy Villa fittet with the best barbecue and anything you could possibly need to enjoy a nice holiday. An awesome infinity pool with a lovely view to the sea as well as a very big and nice terrasse. There is a nice beach club with a restaurant opposite the villa as well as some nice fish restaurants around. It was very nice to meet Yiannis he was such a lovely, friendly and helpful host.

Everything!! It is done to such a high standard. Felt like we were on the set of a movie. Glorious villa in a stunning setting couldn’t have asked for more. Great communication with the host also. Very helpful!

The location is great, the property itself is very nice. The view is stunning, the house is brand new and Mr. Yiannis is very attentive.
