A small house in a very quiet neighborhood. A nice beach is 5 minutes walk away. It's far enough from the main road and thus very quiet. There is a nice small garden and an ample outside space. Convenient parking spot as well. Very nicely equipped kitchen (we cook for ourselves and many bookings are lacking in this respect). Comfortable beds, nice shower. It's a small space but very functional. We liked it a lot and will come back.

Lovely villa. Extremely clean and had everything you need for your stay. Quiet setting, right next to the sea. Short drive from Zygi and Maroni. Half an hour from Larnaca airport.

Quiet, very well equipped, and spacious villa. Perfect for 4 people. Owner was very nice, all the questions we had he answered in few minutes.

“Exceptionally nice home away from home”

Our stay at Villa Joan exceeded our expectations in more than one way. It is perfectly located for exploring the eastern side of Cyprus (by car), with Nicosia and Larnaca within driving distance and multiple small and characteristic villages close by. A very nice beach is just around the corner and it has some (fish) restaurants nearby. The house itself has everything you need and is very spacious, clean and well-equipped. It is very suitable for a stay with (small) children, also because of the enclosed garden. The hosts are very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us nice presents. We felt very much at home. We would definitely recommend this place!

The Greatest villa I have ever been We really loved this villa that made our holiday calm and relaxing. We travelled with a baby and house conditions were very important. This villa had everything! The hosts also were very friendly and helpful. Stalo, the host, helped us a lot. She explained where we could buy goods and have dinner. Miron, our son, likes and misses Stalo. I really recommend you staying at the villa. You will enjoy there. The beach is near the villa. It will take you 1 minute to go there. It is not so crowded, only some people swim there. The water is fantastic. The only recommendation is to rent a car if you want to explore the site and go shopping.

The host are very nice people and were available for every need. The house was fully equipped with all a family needs for a good vacation The location is quite nice in approximately an hour from each side of the island There is a small lovely beach in less then 100 meters from the house

The villa is located in a nice and quiet area. It has a lovely garden and is well kept. Hosts were very nice. We had a late flight and they bought us some groceries and placed fruit for us. They also assisted us whenever needed.

We had a very nice holiday. The house is spaciuous and clean. The garden is nice, we had our own pomelo tree 🙂

The house is very nice, located in a quiet area, close to Maia beach. The equipment is older, but corresponding to the price. A space around the house is perfect with beautiful trees. We would like to thank Stalo and Yiannis who are very warm and generous. We spent an amazing holiday in their villa.
