“Great stay in a beautiful house”

Big and beautiful house. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The beds are big and comfortable. The kitchen is big, there is everything you need. The host served red wine and fruit in the evening (perfect by the roaring fireplace) and coffee, tea, croissants and other treats for breakfast. Thanks to him for such attention.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is bright, spacious, airy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, with pepper, salt sugar, water and snacks left for guests. Also fresh fruit from the garden. The outdoor space is great. And it is a really peaceful area.

Very spacious appartement. We had the terrace and pool to ourselves. Great view. Very clean. Kind and helpful owner, who gave us a bottle of wine, grapes and a local dessert to try.

Stavros Agios DImitrianos Village House is a beautiful big house, ideal for family in a very quiet village. It has a swimming pool for your summer holidays and a fireplace for your winter holidays. The house was super clean when we arrived. The host, Mr. Stavros and his family is a very nice guy, that made us feel like home.

Very friendly owner who offered any help I needed. He was very flexibel on a short term reservation and he had some good proposals regarding traveling thru Troodos area.

A real gem - spacious, clean with a fantastic view and tranquillity.... with excellent Wi Fi. On our first day Stavros took us to the supermarket to get some groceries then we relaxed by the lovely pool and ate at Dimitris restaurant in the evening (a must, he BBQ's the meat of your choice) - ask Stavros, he took us there. Pick your own fruit and tomatoes - Stavros grows his own around the property. He kindly arranged for his brother to take us to the airport to pick up our hire car the next day. A car is necessary, although not on a beach you are in a very central location making all directions very accessible. On the way to Coral Bay Beach, we went through a quaint little village called Kathikas and went back there to eat in the evening. At Latchi Beach we went on a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon, there are some lovely fish restaurants on the Marina. We found travelling around you get to see some of Cyprus you miss if you stay in a beach resort. Although Stavros lives on the top you are not disturbed, the pool is only for the 2-bedroom apartment. For us (two couples) we had a fabulous time and are booking again.

We had a wonderful holiday in the apartment, which is comfortable and clean. We slept very well in the quietness of the countryside and the coolness of the hills. Stavros, the host, lives upstairs and was always available for help and questions and did everything to make us feel at home. We enjoyed nice treats of delicious food and fresh fruits and tomatoes from the garden.
