“A room with a wonderful view”

The studio is perfect and very clean, in a quiet area near the village. You can hear the sea from the balcony. The view on the bay is fantastic. In a few kilometres you can find lovely beaches.

Unforgettable experience: colors and smells of the sea, beautiful beaches on both sides of Agios Apostoli, unforgettable view from the terrace!

We had a really great and relaxing time. The room was very clean, tasteful and the view from our balcony amazing. The host really welcoming and helpful and everything (including breakfast) of high quality. The beach just down the road on foot was great for spending time with our 2.5 yo toddler, offering natural shade from the trees. We'll come back.

Kitchen with everything you need, mini stove and oven, coffee machine for espresso, with capsules that are replenished every day, grill in the yard. Perfect accommodation!!! We will back again definitely!!!

cozy apartment with all equipment needed, amazing location and wonderful balcony view. very friendly host. apartment is super close to the beaches and restaurants, but quiet because it's on the hill.

Lovely apartment with an amazing seaview, located in a relaxed fisherman's village and close to beautiful beaches. Warm welcoming and great communication from the host. I couldn't recommend it more!

Host Yiannis was great and really helpfull. Location of the appartment was great and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. We had prebooked breakfast for our stay and it was much better than normal hotel breakfast buffet. And positive suprise that it was delivered in the room every morning.

Location, view from the apartment is spectacular, could spend hours just from the balcony. Host and cleaning personnel are just amazing, did not expect such amazing daily cleaning service since it is not a hotel, defintely exceeded expectations. Nice small town nearby with accessible and clean beaches suitable for snorkeling too!

There was private free parking, lovely area, beautiful veranda with sea view, walking distance from small traditional village, beach equipment available to borrow (very helpful for the incredible beaches in the surrounding areas), all necessary shops are nearby, nice and quiet beach a right in front of the property. Forgot to mention espresso coffee machine in place! Yiannis is a great host, made us feel welcome!

We loved it

From start to finish the owner Yianis was a very welcoming and helpful host. We chose to have the breakfast, option, it was huge. We had eggs,bread,pastries,fruit,jams,tahini,honey,local cakes and freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. There was also a Nespresso machine with pods and milk provided too! The bed was very comfortable and we had several pillows to choose from. The best bit though.......that view! Paradise. The village itself is small but super friendly and helpful. Food here is simple but cooked from the heart. Fish are caught fresh and the quality is excellent. If you like fish or souvla the go to the end of the harbour and go one street back. There is a super little taverna where we go to pick what fish we had cooked. The barefoot fisherman who caught them was there eating his catch too. The beach life with more bars and eateries is a little walk past the parking area and it's magnificent and great for swimming. All in all we had a really relaxed and wonderful time. We definitely recommend Yianis and Niovi Sea View Apartments and we will definitely go again at some point. Thanks again Yianis and team, Best wishes, Vicki and Michael.

The apartment has a wonderful view to the sea. We loved the little village and the people who where warmly and friendly. Especially the host Yiannis was very warm-hearted and gave us many tips and answered all our questions. There were almost no tourists, which was very pleasant.
