“OK”
I had to go for an excursion early morning but nobody was available at the reception to check out. So I left and I came back at 11 for check out. By the time I was reported to booking.com that I left without paying and checking out. This is very bad for a customer I stayed in the same villa 2 months before. they had my visa cart anyway.
