Very well equipped property. Lovely pools. Great linen. Well equipped kitchen. Good correspondence by host. Lots of information given to help with where to go and what to do. You will need a car if you stay here.

villa was really nice. it is beachfront villa but you can't use that beach, we were going to other beaches. villa is equipped with all facilitties you need during your stay in Cyprus, but there was no shampoo or soap in bath.

Stacey went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking. Was super quick and responsive with any questions we had and suggestions. Lovely quiet area, great location. Outside of villa more dated than the photos. But the customer care and consideration more than made up for this and beyond.

Great place to stay All loved it Lovely pool and close to beaches Smaller kids will enjoy the shallow pool, slide and swing. Table tennis table and some board games available Aircons throughout available with clever switch to control power usage. Dishwasher and washing machine to make it pleasant for all. The house is amazing. It's located in a quiet and calm area ideal for rest and relaxing. There is everything you may need in it and it's very well equipped - lots of plates, pans, glasses etc. There is a very good supermarket in 10 minutes walking distance..You can hear the sound of the sea while laying on your bed next to the pool. The staff was very cooperative.

Good location. The villa is well equipped. New pans are important to me, they were new.

Modern design, very clean apartment. Loved outside area, with two pools, kids playground, trampoline and barbecue area. Good WiFi signal, nice sound bar outside ( can be connected to Spotify from your mobile). Very comfortable garden area for chilling with kids. Enough towels, extra pillows, chairs etc in the house. Fully equipped kitchen, incl oven and washing mashine, and all kitchen accessories. Friendly and helpful manager.

couldn’t fault this property one bit, really clean, modern etc, just what we wanted. we were visiting family who are based on the military camp in Dekalia so the location was ideal and not too far from the shops and restaurants. we hired a car which made it easier to travel but taxi rides are not too expensive if you are wanting a night out. Situated right on the sea front, I like running and went for a run most mornings, there’s a few good routes to choose from. overall the best property we have stayed in during the 5 times we have visited Cyprus!

Location is just spot on, no more than 9mins drive to all famous beaches, yet you get tons of privacy, peace and quiet. The place was super clean. Superb service in all by the hosts who are always available - we had a fantastic time at Villa Lynn. Would come back.

“Beautiful villa”

Beautiful villa, great location and very helpful hosts. The facilities are great, it had everything we needed and more. The play area and trampoline were loved by our 4 year old and the outdoor speakers were a nice addition to have when relaxing outside and playing in the pool. The view from the property is beautiful - especially from the master bedroom which even made the 5am feeds with our 3 month old enjoyable. We would definitely recommend and visit again.
