The outside space is lovely and private. The inside space is also very good, all rooms have an en suite and it has all the facilities you need. The location is great, a short walk to bars and restaurant and shops and about a 30 min walk into the centre of ayia napa. Overall great villa for a family or friends holiday. The owner is very helpful also and is on hand if you need anything.

Lovely villa. Great sized rooms and living areas. Big and clean pool. All upstairs rooms had a balcony and there is a lovely grass area. couldn’t fault the facilities. The owner was lovely, very accommodating and friendly. couldn’t have made our stay any easier!! hospitality was faultless. location is great, walking distance to the town, strip and beach, but also not too close to the strip that it’s noisy.
