We spent a wonderful week here at the turn of March and April 2026. From the very first moment, our stay was exceptional, largely thanks to the host, who welcomed us personally with the keys and, as it turned out, a wealth of very useful information. Not only did he explain everything about the property, but he also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, places worth visiting, and activities around the island. He even helped us arrange a car rental, which made exploring the area much easier. Throughout our stay, he was always available, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. The accommodation fully met our expectations. Each of us had a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which provided both comfort and privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with basic essentials such as coffee, tea, salt, and pepper. The property was also spotlessly clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-organized holiday experience. We would also like to mention that Cyprus felt completely safe throughout our stay. Despite concerns some travelers may have regarding the situation in the Middle East, we did not experience or notice any effects of the conflict at any point during our trip. We felt comfortable and secure everywhere we went on the island.

“Beautiful villa, amazing area and the sweetest people”

Amazing beautiful modern villa, situated in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood but within 5 minute working distance of the Nissi Beach area including lots of bars and resturants. The villa is very spacious with three double rooms and three bathrooms, it's equipped with everything you need and the pool / terrace area is a delight. The property host Menelaos was absolutely fantastic, such a lovely man and very helpful. Nothing was too much and he did everything he could to ensure we had the best holiday - from tourist recommendations, booking activities and restaurants, to popping by with local sweet treats. It was extremely easy to access the property on arrival and the host was very easy to communicate with. The Quad Safari Tours is a must do, along with renting a buggy to explore the island and all the beaches. We highly recommend this villa and we cant wait to return.

Very Nice Villa. Its spacious and very clean. Air Conditioning works very good. We didnt miss anything. Close to the beach, within 15 min. walking distance. The Manager Mr. Menelaos welcomed us in a way you could only dream of. Communication is perfect. I recommend this Villa strongly.

The villa itself was great, comfortable, very well equipped, with a nice, clear pool and sunbeds, barbeque...everything you want for a vacation. A nice dining table is available to share stories with your friends and enjoy breakfast or dinner. But the most I appreciated the host, Menelaos, which was super friendly and helpful, he provided a lot of information for us regarding the villa, places to visit, beaches and open restaurants ( most of them are closed during our visit). He offered to bring us from the airport even if our plane landed at 10.00 pm , bring a hottube, always available if we needed something...I enjoyed a lot the conversations with him.

Beautiful villa, loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The Villa had everything we needed! So helpful having a washing machine also with a little one and going through lots of clothes! We ended up spending a lot of evenings at the villa as the outdoor area is gorgeous.

The location was perfect for us. It was great that every bedroom had its own bathroom and especially that one of the bedrooms was on the ground floor for my elderly parents. The host was so thorough. The villa had everything you could possibly need and if we asked for anything specific, he would bring it round almost instantly. He had so many food essentials waiting for us in the fridge catering to our 3 children. Menelaos was so thoughtful and generous when we were celebrating a special family day. We will never forget it! The pool and outdoor area were excellent. We all loved it.

Villa Carmel was fab and perfect size for the 5 of us. It was also very handy to have an en suite with shower in each bedroom. Our host, Menelaos, was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His tips on restaurants, taxis and food/grocery delivery were so helpful. The Villa is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and nissi beach and a short taxi ride to the centre of Ayia Napa. Waterworks water park is also a short taxi ride away.

Nice and fully equiped villa with everything you need and even more. Really friendly and helpful host makes your stay perfect. Nice also for kids with the pool. Location close to best beaches. AC workes great, also wifi. House us clean, a lot of bathrooms in the house. Fully equiped kitchen for cooking. Big fridge was really nice to with some good snacks and drinks when we arrived. Host mr. Menelaos was really THE host you can just wish for, making our holiday special with his commitment and energy. He also surprised my parents with a cake for their special anniversary 😀

Old times hospitality - when pleasant attitude to the guest is seen in every small detail. We paid for a stay, but got much more! Seemed like the villa was not for a tourists, but like a true home, shared for a while. From the first step in, you feel welcomed. Arrived late - lights were on, we didn't had to look for them in the dark. Tired, we opened a fridge - there was food! It would be exausting to look for a shop with a kids. We were so delighted! Bread, milk, juice, ham and cheese, cornflakes, water, etc. Kitchen well equipped, everything in perfect condition, a lot of plates and glasses, cups for our family of 5. Dishwasher. Big dining table for at least 6 persons. Two air conditioners only in kitchen area, and one in every room. We didn't use fire stove inside and barbeque stove in patio, but they are clean and nice. Pool was clean, but in March it is quite cold to use (but my boys did swim). We enjoyed hot tube and sunbeds. Around the villa there is a lot of blooming plants, scent of levanda was very pleasant. It is nice to have breakfasts in covered patio. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Clean and tidy everywhere. A lot of space, furniture, to put clothes and belongings. And we were happy to find adapters Eu-Uk for our phones for every socket in the house! Seaside is nearby down the street, as well as shops and restaurants - convinient location. The last, but not least - is the host Menelaos. He visit us twice, explained everything about the house, the sightseeings, restaurants. Actually, we wanted a peacefull and lazy vacation, but he can organize for you everything you want. Boat trips, reservations, etc. Very nice person! We enjoyed our trip from snowy Lithuania to sunny Cyprus a lot! Recommend!

Staying at Villa Carmel is one of the best travel experiences ever. Starting with excellent communications with Menelaos where he answered all my questions and gave us a lot of good advice. Pool was lovely,good location, accommodation was perfect for us , fully air-conditioned ,towels were provided a welcome pack was provided on arrival.Bus stop 5 minutes walk away(which was very cheap)although plenty of bars/restaurants nearby Melenous was an exceptional host ,always on hand if needed . We will definitely be returning to this amazing villa.
