Spacious villa with a small private beach and bar The villa is very spacious and comfortable, with a lovely small private beach and a bar. You can order breakfast or buy something fresh in the little shop nearby, which is very convenient. The sea is quite shallow and there are slippery rocks, so it’s better to swim with water shoes.

“Best Family Holiday”

We stayed at Thalassines Villas in Ayia Napa for a family holiday and had two beachfront villas — it was absolutely brilliant! The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing by the sea. The villas were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A special mention to the two lovely ladies at the onsite bar/café — they were always so friendly, welcoming, and made every visit a pleasure. Also, a huge thank you to Elena at reception for her excellent service and helpfulness throughout our stay. The outdoor cinema was a great little touch aswell and the kids loved it. We loved our stay so much, we rebooked for next year while still on holiday! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Ayia Napa! Great Value for money!

Its feels so exclusive and private as there are only 17 villas. The beach bar has great drinks and food! The staff is so friendly and attentive! The villa has all you need and with a market close by.

The staff was really friendly and helpfull. The location right at the beach was great. Having your own pool + sun beds is very nice. Free sun beds + towels at the beach. The Snack/Drinks bar is nice. Only 30 min by car from Larnaca Airport. Calm and quiet (If you want more "Action" Ayia Napa is only 15 min away by car).

Well maintained villa and resort. The stuff was wonderful! Always with a smile. The closeness to the private beach is a huge bonus and the private pull is kept clean and clear.

The villa was everything we could have wanted, big and spacious, lovely views of the beach and was so quiet and relaxing. The staff were all so lovely and friendly too. The private beach was amazing, we stayed at the villa/beach most days as it had everything we needed - even an on sight mini bar. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Lovely private pool and gorgeous beach with great staff!!!

Very cosy and tranquil place. The villa was so pleasantly clean, with all the facility and equipment, inclyding BBQ. The private beach is really beautiful and comfortable to be on. Just mind yoo dhoukd have swimming shoes to swim, as the bottom is mostly rocky. Though we bought our shoes just on the beach at the mini-market there. The mini-market, by the way, has all you need.

Great location and the villa was a great size . It was lovely having your own good size pool. The private beach was lovely and the facilities were in a great condition. The beach bar was lovely with good quality food at very reasonable prices. Having a cleaner every couple of days was brilliant. We arrived late and they had sent us a shopping list so we had basics waiting for us. You will need a car.
