“Great stay in Ayia Napa”

We had a very pleasant stay. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and always available whenever we needed assistance. She kindly allowed us to check into the apartment before the official check-in time, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable, and our stay was a wonderful experience. We would gladly recommend this accommodation to other guests.

We loved our stay here! The apartment is nicely decorated, it has functional kitchenette to cook simple meals, some housekeeping amenities and even came with beach towels and accessories. Having a paid laundry station downstairs was a huge plus, and there are plenty of shops and great restaurants right nearby. The location is perfect for exploring. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the Monastery, where you can catch buses to the airport, Famagusta, Protaras, Larnaca and travel almost anywhere for 2Eur/person. The beach and harbor are only 7 minutes away on foot, making it easy to hop on a boat trip. You can really experience the local vibe in so many ways here! Our host was incredibly friendly and fixed any small issue instantly during the holiday!

Great location close to everything—city center, public transport, supermarkets, and nightlife. The host was extremely friendly and helpful with anything I needed, which made the stay even better. The apartment itself was large, cozy, and very comfortable, with great amenities including air conditioning and a balcony.

“Really worth the price”

The apartment is near the center so everything is close, but not on the busiest street so the noise is not that loud. The terasse is a plus, you can sit down to eat or dry your swimsuits there. Everything is new, comfortable, clean. Even though we did not meet the staff (they tried to meet us, we were busy outside 😁), so just exchanged messages, they are very friendly and helpful (helped us when we shut the door with the keys inside 🙄). The price was great for a stay at the end of May, beginnig of June. They absolutely deserve top rating! 😊

The room has everything you need and it is super clean. Hosts are very polite and helpful. They provide you with type g plug, water and some snacks. The kitchen is well equipped (they even have olive oil !!!)

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very clean, the contact with the host was excellent, and we received a very warm and friendly welcome. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment was really comfortable. The location is near the main clubs and bars, so you can go have fun and then return back easily, without needing any kind of transport or taxi. The host was really friendly and helped us in everything. Thank you very much. We would recommend this place to anyone.

“Great place except the location on the busy road”

- pretty fast internet via WIFI - free parking place - kitchen had all the necessary things: salt, pepper, oil, tea bags and water in bottles - TV had Netflix account predefined - there are markets around

Few minutes to the sea, responsive staff ready to help with everything, flexible check-in, well equipped kitchen with the basic spices (!), safe parking, beach towels, sandmates/umbrellas for free.This is a real Perl.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well equipped with everything from glasses to cleaning supplies and an ironing board. I was met with a smile, a map, and helpful tips. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and adequately spacious. It was everything I hoped for AND we borrowed an inflatable for fun at the beach :)

“Best place to stay in Ayia Napa”

Location, cleanliness, amenities, soft bed, staff. Our room was super clean, super comfortable, very small but had everything we needed. They welcomed us with coffee, tea, sweets and water. The area around the place was very quiet even tho it was so noisy and crowded only one street down. We could get a good night’s sleep even with balcony door open. They helped us park our scooter safely in their parking area. There was 24/7 mini market 2mins away. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you!

“Felt like home the whole time!”

Great location, very well connected with the bus route and the center of Ayia Napa, we were staying in October so it was very peaceful and quiet around our apartment, the staff was just perfect, they arranged us with everything we needed, and offered free cleaning room service as well as umbrellas and beach towels, clothing iron, and we even had netflix for our room! They also sent us a list of suggestions where to go to the beach, where to eat etc. It was really the best stay. 🩷

The host was very kind and generous in communication and in everything they had to offer, the apartment had everything we'd possible need. There was no hidden cost or fee. 10/10 and we'd gladly stay in the same place if we're to come to Ayia Napa again.
