Big and comofort room.. very good breakfast and good location...it is very quiet at night so that you can sleep well 😊

“A Wonderful Stay Beyond Expectations”

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! I traveled alone with my 7-year-old daughter, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was very welcoming and always happy to help, and the room was even better than expected for the price we paid. The hotel actually looks nicer in real life than in the photos. The breakfast had plenty of options for all tastes, and the pool was very clean and well maintained. We also loved the quiet location. It’s only a short walk to Nissi Avenue, and we enjoyed seeing the local life, small places, and the many cute and friendly cats along the way. Because the hotel is slightly away from the busy area, it was peaceful and relaxing, with no loud music or noise at night. Nothing to complain about — everything was beyond expectations! If we return to the area, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Everything, location, cleanliness, comfortable, stuff specifically Vanya in reception and customer service, she's really super professional and friendly and so helpful. I live the place and I have been to a lot of places in Ayia Napa but this place is so special and different....

Everything was good, but the best part was of course the staff! Vanya was super with her kindness and her helpful suggestions about things to do and places to go. The receptionist was very welcoming, the room was very clean and the breakfast was nice.

Modern, clean, bright. The room is not big, but normal. It overlooks the city. If you are by car, it is good, the center and the sea are close. You can also get to the center on foot. But you will have to go back uphill. There is parking, mostly inside - in the yard, sometimes you have to park outside. But, I don't know how it will be during the peak season, we were there in September. I would come again. The manager Charlie is attentive. If you have a rental car, you can easily get to various beaches, they are close by. The shower drain was clogged, they fixed it right away. The air conditioner is connected to the door, if you open the door - it turns off. This is the same everywhere else and is correct. They give you a second key with a deposit. Quiet environment. There are shops nearby, many of them selling fruit. They are open until 2 am or 24/7. Whatever you ask for, they will promptly fulfill it for you: bedsheet, soap, .... Luggage scales at the reception, before the flight, for 1 euro. Taverns around. There are queues at Tavern Napa, you either have to call to make an appointment, or the manager Charlie will help you. Also nearby is Tavern Hungry Horse, but we didn't try it.

“Well worth the money”

It was clean, staff was very nice especially Charlie. It was quiet and the rooms were quite spacious. We precooked a fridge and it was in the room.

Small hotel with good amenities, located on the edge of the Aiya Napa (we like this) yet within walking distance to the centre of the activities.

Although towards out of season we were impressed with the standards of this hotel. The pool was pristine, the breakfast was great and the staff exceptionally kind and helpful. A big plus was the onsite parking. Within a short 5-6 minute walk of best bars and restaurants but good quiet location

The breakfast could be better, if the variety is not there the quality could be atleast. Everything else was great, the staff is friendly especially the female receptionist.

“I don’t recommend it”

An honest review : let’s start with the bathroom - apart from the fact that it’s small and when you shower it’s imposible not to flood everywhere, it was dirty and lots of hair behind the toilet from previous customers. Air conditioning - functioning and not. It makes more noise than cooling the room. You can’t sleep with it ON, because of the noise and if you keep it OFF the temperature in the room goes up to 28 degrees Celsius as it was shown on the thermostat. Also the fridge is noisy but this one cools the products inside. The view was nice. It was a room with seeview. The location is 10 min away from Ayia Napa center and 20 min from the beach. For breakfest there aren’t many options that you could choose from and I think the quality of the food was low. Everyone from the staff was professional.
