“Expect 3 star hotel”

Close to the beach, clean, majority of staff polite and helpful, especially young ones. Good selection of food at the restaurant. Barmen (young one) has creative approach in coctail making, so coctails are better than expected.

The staff was really professional and kind

I would really like to highly praise the hotel as a whole. It has an excellent location in Ayia Napa — slightly outside the center in a quiet area, and the sea is only about a 3-minute walk away. The food was truly perfect, also suitable for small children. The service, housekeeping, and reception were all at a very high level. As a small negative, since we were not staying during the main season, the hotel pools were very cold. We had to wait until the afternoon for them to warm up from the sun, and even then, swimming was only good for a quick refresh. Regarding the staff, I would just like to mention a man named Mario — he was extremely unpleasant, gave us dirty looks, rolled his eyes, and several times made very rude remarks (which we understood, even though he tried to speak quietly), saying that we were surely Polish (which we are not). It would be good to work on this, because we did not feel comfortable ordering at the bar or even while eating in the main dining room. All the other staff members were AMAZING :) We would like to thank Stamatia Hotel for a perfect 8-day stay :) We will definitely come back again.

“The perfect stay in Ayia Napa”

We liked everything about our stay, starting with the staff: the personnel at the reception were very kind and smiling, they helped us and they had a lot of attention towards us. The room was perfect for 2 people, with a little balcony. We enjoyed the restaurant and the bar, we were satisfied every night with the dinner. We didn't try lunch as we were always at the beach. The position is perfect, very close to the beach and especially to the harbour for early morning excursions. There are one or two supermarkets nearby, and there are any kind of shops all around.

Everything in this hotel was great. Very good lunch and dinner (we had half board). At breakfast you can find everything for every taste, every morning there was a little something different besides "ordinary" breakfast food. For dinner it was daily something else, but again for every taste. Room was comfortable and very clean. Beds are a little softer than we are used to but that depends of the persons preferences. Location of the hotel is perfect for everything - close to the beach, the marina, city... Staff was really nice and we were well taken care of. If we would ever go back in Ayia Napa we would definetly stay there again.
