Excellent accommodation, spacious, new, extremely clean, just a two-minute walk from the city center. Excellent communication with a friendly host. The owner of the apartment bought a blender at our request. I sincerely recommend this accommodation.

First thing, the host. Lefteris is the best host ever. Really quick to react and provide you with anything to make your stay even better. Apartments are positioned in a way that you are close to the centre but far away from the noise. Facilities are as expected and we couldn't ask for more. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Property was in walking distance to supermarkets, laundrette at the end of the drive and walking distance to main strip. But wasn’t too close that you heard any noise from it. Property was clean The hot water stopped working and we messaged the agent and they sent someone within 10 mins and it was resolved. In a one week stay we had a change of towel 2/3 times which was nice Nice smooth driveway to enter and only 2 very small steps to get into apartment with cases which made life much easier.

My husband and I stayed at Spiros for 7 nights and we were very pleased with this accommodation. The room and bathroom were very clean, the furniture was of high quality. There was a kitchenette with sufficient facilities for a holiday. The room we stayed in had a comfortable terrace. The location is excellent, in a quiet and safe area, about 5 minutes walk from the central area of ​​Ayia Napa. Communication with Lefteris was very good. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Fresh renovation, very nice and clean. Location is perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Host is very helpful, replies very fast in any cases. Changing towels regularly (once in few days). 10/10 for sure!

Excellent location, big enough for 9 people, supermarket, bars, downtown, restaurants few minutes walk. Beach is also close, 15 minutes walking. You can find in the apartment everything you need in a kitchen, washing machine, airconditions. All perfect. Clean, confortable. 3 bathrooms. We would come back and recommend for everyone.

Hello, I stayed in this apartment for five nights. The host’s service was very attentive and I really appreciated that. The apartment is well located, but I have to mention that the sound insulation was a challenge. On several nights, it was difficult to sleep before 3h due to parties next door and noises from upstairs. Since it’s close to the bar area, we could also hear people passing by late at night. For travelers who enjoy the nightlife this may not be an issue, but for someone who mainly comes to rest and dive, the apartment may not be the best fit.

Everything was great. We had all that we needed. The location is perfect and Lefteris always on disposal for help and very quick respond. :)

The main highlight of this apartment is its fantastic location, just a few minutes away from all the main attractions. The host was excellent—when we asked for a new frying pan and a knife sharpener, he provided them right away.
