Beautiful Villa

We had a very pleasent visit at the royal sugar villa. The house itself was very nice, and the pool and outside area was just awesome! Another plus was the short walk distance to restaurants and bars. Overall an fantastic experience!

We spent a week in Royal Sugar at the end of March. The house is modern and very spacious. The swimming pool is very big -enough space there for kids to play, swim, and relax at the same time it was also regularly cleand during our stay. Great contact with the host before and during stay. Restaurants and shops just few steps away. Highly recommend superb accommodation in a great location.

We loved the villa as its a spacious, quiet and lovely house where you can cook, chill and enjoy yourself! It’s perfect for bigger groups (we were 6), 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms, big kitchen with a living room space and dining area, amazing garden with dining space and huge swimming pool! Big parking spot, very safe area! The location is lovely and quiet, few steps to the beach to take an amazing walks by the sea. Restaurants and shops just around the corner. An amazing host Andreas that was the best, we ever had!

We got from Andreas helpful tips about restaurants and shopping. Even a nice cake...Spacious and comfortable house.

Everything was wonderful. Spacious rooms, each with air conditioning. Comfortable beds and a multifunctional kitchen. The owner is friendly and cheerful. There are several places for a meal, a lot of chairs. The pool is always clean, comfortable gazebo and there is a barbecue. There are adapters for a European plug. Your own fruit garden. Everyone is happy, we recommend.

Nice and well-furnished house with 4 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 of them with en-suite bathrooms. Comfortable beds. A total of 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. Large terraces on all floors with beautiful view of the sea. Nice, large and clean private swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, orange and lemon trees. Large and fully equipped kitchen. A really nice, hospitable and helpful owner who welcomed us very warmly on arrival and handed over the key. The house is a 5-minute walk from a rocky beach with a jetty with a path down to the water. The house is close to shops and restaurants and not too far from the harbour and beach as well as the center of Aiya Napa. Nice carport. All in all a lovely and relaxing stay in lovely and sunny Cyprus.
