Location is ok. Close to beach and there are many supermarkets nearby. It's close to the heart of Ayia Napa.

“Lovely and relaxing.”
The room was spacious. The bathroom was lovely but could’ve been cleaner due to rust. For the kitchen a bit of soap could’ve been provided.

“Perfect place”
I had a wonderful experience at Rio Gardens Aparthotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect — close to the center but still quiet enough to relax. We felt very safe and welcomed especially gannet 🙏🙏 It was definitely great value for money. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ayia Napa and would love to come back again!

“Never stay here again.”
Items missing from rooms ie door handles, shower doors, leaking bathrooms, Ceiling falling down (and we had to clear it up ourselves), no chairs on balcony. You took my beach towels and couldn't find them to give them back. The apartments are located on a steep hill and we had 80 year olds with us who found it difficult to walk up - we would not have booked this if we had known. Not helpful staff, cracked floor tiles. I could go on......

Reception is 24 hours, ladies on the receptions are very helpfull. Location is perfect: very quite but close to the main point of interest. I had a room with a view of the olives trees. The main streets with restaraunts and shops, the bus station to the airport are 3 minutes by walk. The hotel is new with modern furniture and super comfortable bed.

“Would not recommend unless you are looking for a "Room only" stay.”
Was a very basic hotel. Nothing special about it. Swimming pool did not look at all inviting. Did not notice any breakfast being available. The hotel was only good enough for having a room when you needed and that is all.

Where was lovely area, comfortable location, so nice swimming pool and especially we are so happy for meet to Janet-administrator of hotel, who was really amazing, wonderful and the most attentive person in there. She always help us when it was necessary and she gaves us good advice.
